| Five Point Rebuild System
1. DISASSEMBLY & INSPECTION:
Your machine is completely disassembled and the components are cleaned, labeled and inspected.
2. REPLACEMENT OF ALL WORN OR BROKEN PARTS:
After inspection all parts that reduce the machine's accuracy or efficiency are replace.
3. SCRAPING & ALIGNMENT:
Hardened ways are ground with the mating ways machined and hand scraped . The scraped components are then fitted and aligned to meet new machine tolerances. We also will install turcite or linear ball ways per application or request.
4. RENOVATION OR RETROFIT OF ALL SYSTEMS:
Mechanical; Hydraulic; Lubricating; & Electrical:
After disassembly the systems are cleaned throughly, inspected and overhauled to operate as new. Any of the systems can be upgraded to meet today's technology.
5. ASSEMBLEY & INSPECTION:
The machine will be assembled, test ran and a run off completed with a customer representative.

SCRAPING & TURCITE REPAIR
We are doing more and more turcite repair to machining and turning centers in the past 5 years. Due to improper installation, oil contamination, lubrication failure and way wiper or way cover failure.
If it is caught in time, we are able to remove the original turcite, glue a new application, rescrape the turcite, gibs and keepers to align the slides square to the spindle and parallel to the mating harden ways. We would inspect and repair or replace the oil flow system, way wipers and the way covers.
If the failure is not caught in time, in addition of replacing the turcite we will have to repair the scoring and wear on the harden ways. This involves using a compound to fill the scores, and disassembling the machine further to regrind the harden ways.
